Petrochemicals
Assiut Hydrocracking Complex
The project supports the Egyptian Government’s Energy Transition strategy and will reinforce the economic growth of rural areas while minimizing environmental emissions as well as reducing the government export bill. The complex will transform lower-value petroleum products from Assiut Oil Refining Company’s (ASORC) nearby refinery into approximately 2.8 million tons per year of cleaner products, such as Euro V diesel.

Suez Petroleum Refinery
Modern refinery producing a range of high quality fuels such as Jet fuel and Low Sulphur Fuel Oil integrated with petrochemicals complex producing basic and intermediate products. The project aims to keep sustainable development of Suez Canal Corridor area through the execution of an advanced petro-refinery to satisfy local market needs and to stimulate downstream industry in addition to export part of the production.

Ain Sokhna Power Plant
El-Ain Al-Sokhna Power Plant is a 1,300MW dual-fuel fired power project. It is located in Suez, Egypt. The project is currently active. It has been developed in multiple phases. Post completion of construction, the project got commissioned in August 2014.

Petrochemicals
Ain Sokhna Nitrogen Fertilizer Factory
El-Nasr Company for Intermediate Chemicals’ (NCIC) new fertiliser complex being built in Ain Sokhna in Egypt is on course for completion before the end of this year.
The fertiliser plant in Ain Sokhna is expected to produce up to 440,000 tonnes of ammonia, 380,000 tonnes of urea and 300,000 tonnes of calcium ammonium nitrate every year.

The New Capital, the Iconic Tower
The project is located in the core area of the first phase of the New Administrative Capital, covering a total area of about 505,000 square meters. The Iconic Tower has a total construction area of 241,000 square meters and a height of 385 meters, which is a multifunctional EPC super high-rise building integrating the functions of office, hotel, commercial center and sightseeing. It will be the tallest building in Africa after completion.

R7 district new capital considered to be the golden district in the new capital. The location of the project connects the main roads leading to the diplomatic Area, Expo City and The Green River. The compound consists of 16 building on 16.5 acres.

The New Capital, Al Masa Hotel
Located in New Administrative Capital, Al Masa Capital is an iconic commercial development, considered to be the major business & destined hub. It contains 14 presidential villas, 60 hotel apartments, and a hotel that includes 90 private suites, 270 rooms and residential spaces, the woodworks and furniture of which are all by Shahed Group. Al Masa is also expected to be a core destination for the largest global forums and high profile functions; the new convention center is located on 42,000 square meters with four big open halls, 12 halls for meetings, six for VIP functions, and a one-of-a-kind Summit Hall, which is considered the biggest convention hall in the Middle east and Africa.
